Cervical exploration can become a pathway into a deeper relationship with your body and sexuality. As awareness develops, the cervix may become a source of pleasurable sensation and, for some women, a pathway toward cervical orgasm and more expansive, whole-body experiences of pleasure.

Meet Your Guide: Erika Alsborn

Your guided audio is led by Erika Alsborn, a Swedish sex, intimacy and birth coach, and former registered nurse dedicated to helping women deepen their connection with their bodies, pleasure, and sexuality.

Erika has studied sexuality for more than 11 years both academically and holistically, is a certified VITA™ sex, love and relationship coach and has taught/coached over 5000 women in her 10 years of teaching sexuality and sensuality classes.

Drawing on her background in healthcare, sexology, intimacy, and coaching, Erika creates gentle, embodied experiences that invite you to slow down, tune into your body, and explore pleasure with greater confidence, curiosity, and presence.
