The Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers in the EU)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period will expire:

• in the case of a contract for the sale of goods, 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods;

• in the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, 14 days from the day you acquire possession of the last good;

• in the case of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract, unless you have expressly consented to the immediate performance as described below.

• Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Shipments

  If an order cannot be delivered because the customer:

  • fails to accept delivery,
  • fails to collect the parcel, or
  • provides incorrect or incomplete delivery information,

  and the shipment is returned to us:

  • This does not constitute withdrawal from the contract
  • We will refund the price of the goods only
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We reserve the right to deduct:
    • return shipping fees charged by the carrier
    • reasonable handling costs

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., email).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Effects of Withdrawal (Goods)

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

4. Digital Content – Loss of Right of Withdrawal

If the contract concerns the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, you acknowledge that:

• by providing your express consent to the immediate performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and

• by acknowledging that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal,

you lose your right to withdraw from the contract once the performance has begun.

If you have not provided such express consent and acknowledgment, you retain your right to withdraw within 14 days.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

• intimate products and toys and sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;

• goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

• digital content once performance has begun with your express prior consent and acknowledgment of loss of the right of withdrawal.
